Zouk Mondays - Beginners/Improvers with Sigrid & Andrius

On Monday, we have our Brazilian Zouk Beginner and Improver class. The Beginner course will start from the scratch every now and then with a 8-week block course. We go though all the basic step patterns and technique of Brazilian Zouk. In the Improver course, we will learn variations of the basics as well as other common step pattern and have some touchpoints with isolations and waves. There are no head movements in these levels. If you are new to Zouk and want to try, we recommend the Beginner course or you can contact us for privates. If you know the Zouk basics, you are welcome to join the Improver classes anytime. There is a registration due to the limited room size. Please contact us for further information or if you are unsure about the levels (zouk-mondays[at]web.de). No partner required.

Zouk Beginner class with Andrius and Sigrid

  • Beginners: The next beginner course will start on 1 September 2025, registration will follow. The 90 min class will be from 18:00-19:30, afterwards you have 25 min practice time. Register here
  • Summer break from 16.07 – 31.08.2025
  • Studio Rebecca, Anglerstr. 6, Studio Orange, building on the left in the courtyard, Ground Floor (please ring, door opens automatically)

Zouk Tuesdays - Intermediate with Sigrid & Andrius

Tuesday is Zoukday in Munich! We have our regular intermediate class and afterwards it is time to dance together on the social. Feel free to bring some snacks. No registration and no partner required.

If you are are firm with the Zouk fundamentals and you know the basic Zouk head movement technique, you can join the class. The class is continuing and we have a theme that we treat for several weeks, so it might be that you will have to jump into the cold water. If you do not know Zouk yet, please join the Beginner classes on Monday or contact us for privates. The social is open for all levels, whether you want to dip your toe into Zouk or you are a pro, everybody is welcome.

Brazilian Zouk Intermediate class with Sigrid & Andrius

  • Every Tuesday from 20:00 – 21:30 o’clock (summer break from 16.07 – 31.08.2025, check the News page for Lambada classes during the summer)
  • Studio Rebecca, Anglerstr. 6, Studio White (3rd foor, building on the right in the courtyard)
  • 15,00 EUR per class and person

Brazilian Zouk Social – All levels are welcome

  • Every Tuesday from 21:30 – 23:30 o’clock
  • Studio Rebecca, Anglerstr. 6, Studio White (3rd foor)
  • 5,00 EUR (free if you attended the class before, or the Zouk Mondays Class)

Zouk Wednesday - Zouk Level 0 & 1 with zoukseed

Start with the Level 0 / Beginner course and discover zouk with us. After the Level 0 course we continue with Level 1, where we deepen our knowledge from the previous course and start with a new topic every 2 weeks.

    Zouk Thursdays - Zouk Level 2 and 3 with Paula & Sebastian

    On Thursday there will be Zouk Level 2 and Level 3.

    Zouk Tea Time on Sunday

    Zouk Tea Time is the time to come together, chat, enjoy some snacks (cake, anyone!? :-)) and of course dance. Dancing outdoors at Pinakothek der Moderne is a pleasure. We usually start Sundays at 15:00.ย  Please watch out for the announcements in the WhatsApp Group.

    Zouk Weekends - Classes and Workshops

    From time to time, we have beginner and intermediate classes and workshops on the weekends. The classes will be announced in our WhatApp Group as well as in the Zouk Munich Group.
